If a child is separated in the crowd
- 1Stay calm and stop moving — look around the spot where you last saw your child.
- 2Call the Child Reunification Desk immediately using the button above.
- 3Tell the nearest steward or security officer: child's name, age, clothing and where last seen.
- 4Go to the Child Reunification Desk at the Security Tent by the Main Gate — do not search alone across the park.
- 5Keep your phone on and loud. Gates are alerted and exits are watched until your child is found.
- 6Before entry, write your phone number on a wristband or your child's arm and agree a meeting point.
